Details from the forms
Registration collects your given name, surname, email, mobile number and a password you set yourself. The contact form collects the same details together with your message.
Data collected automatically
Our server records the page address, the time of the visit, your IP address and basic browser details. The form also passes a technical source tag so that each request reaches the right team.
Purposes
Your details serve to open the account, to let your personal manager call and help with setup, to reply to messages and to protect the platform from fraud and bot sign-ups. We do not sell personal data.
Who else sees it
Data is shared only with partners who process registrations and provide trading infrastructure for Rastivex, and with authorities when the law requires it. Each partner receives only what its task needs.
Storage and protection
We hold personal data for as long as the account exists, then for whatever period the law sets. Access is limited to staff who need it for their work.
Your choices
On request we send you the data we hold, correct it, erase it or stop the phone calls. Write to [email protected] from the address used at registration.
